Shirley Margaret Gautier

Shirley was born July 14, 1941 to Cleo and Edna Jones in Red Bluff, CA. She was raised in Corning, CA with her two brothers Larry and Mike Jones, and graduated from Corning Union High School in 1959. Shirley has resided in Red Bluff since 1964 where she and her late husband Edwin Gautier Jr. raised their three children. Shirley worked for the Red Bluff Union School District as a teaching assistant for 32 years where she touched many young lives prior to her retirement in 2008.

Shirley is survived by her three children, daughter Angels Sybrant (Jeff) of Red Bluff, CA, sons Matthew (Skip) Gautier (Gail) of Chandler, AZ, Edwin Gautier III (Jacquie) of Red Bluff, CA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Shelby Sybrant, Sarah Sybrant, Marissa Gautier, Erin Gautier, Cory Brown, Chelsie Brown, and Crysta Brown. In addition, Shirley is survived by her brother Mike Jones (Debby) and sister-in-law Linda Jones (Larry).

Visitation will be Monday, August 9, 2021 from 5-7 pm at Hoyt-Cole Chapel of the Flowers. Graveside service will be held August 10, 2021 at 10 am at the Oak Hill Cemetery.
