Born May 9th, 1959, in Encino, Ca. Passed away October 1st, 2016.
Andy served 12 years in the U.S. Navy, where he was medically discharged, after serving admirably in the Gulf War.
Andy; your brothers, sister, sister in laws, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, plus your golf buddies at Tucker Oaks Golf Course, all want to thank you for the joy, generosity, friendship, compassion, loyalty and LOVE you brought to each and every one of us.
