Eutoka moved to Redding several years ago. She lived most of her life taking care of others and enjoying the company of friends and family. She had a way of connecting with people on a level that was unique to her. When Eutoka was in the room it was filled with her love and enormous spirit. Great hearted and always smiling Eutoka will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
Eutoka is survived by two sons; Steven Billups of Redding, California and Spencer Heddings of Susanville, California; daughter, Nicole Billups of Coos Bay, Oregon; three brothers, Bill Billings, Greg Hodges and Darryl Hodges; one grand daughter, Natalie Rose Heddings and her favorite pet ~ Tippy.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements under the direction of McDonald's Chapel, Redding, CA.
