

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at his home church, Oak Grove Bible Fellowship on Sunday, April 3 at 2:00 in Palo Cedro, CA We would love for all to attend and please bring your favorite dessert to share as he was a desert enthusiast.
Keith is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Karen June Foster; Son Keith (Lynnann) Foster; Daughter Kristine (Jay) Harrison; six grandchildren: Darin Mercill, Dylan Foster, Kelsey Salisbury, Jacob Salisbury, Kylee Harrison, and Dominick Harrison; Brothers Larry (Judy) Phippen, and Steven Foster; Cousin Ruth (Bruce) Whitten; and many Nieces and Nephews.
He was proceeded in death by his parents; Harry Joe Foster, Loretta Foster, Alice Mortenson, Christine Jensen: Brothers; Dennis Foster, Daryl Foster, Max Foster, Douglas Foster, Jack Phippen, Michael Mortenson.
Keith Fredrick Foster was born on March 16, 1943 to Harry Joe Foster and Alice Foster in Cumberland, IA. On August 11, 1962 he married the love of his life, Karen June Mull in San Jose, CA. He worked as a cement truck driver and a long/short haul truck driver until he retired in 2006. Post retirement, he worked for Axner Excavating and Eddie Axner Construction because retirement was not for him. His hobbies included work, weed-eating, horses and tractors. Keith loved his family and they loved him. He made a friend out of everyone he met. He was John Wayne's biggest fan, he had a great sense of humor and a big laugh. He never met a dessert he didn't like, "By Golly!" He will be missed by all who knew him.
This is not the end for him. Jesus was his Savior and he now resides in Heaven with Him.
