Nadine Shaw, 101, died June 11, 2014 at Brentwood Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Red Bluff, California. A memorial service will be held on June 17, 2014 at 10am at Redding Memorial Cemetery. She was born March 18, 1913 in Oroville, California to Benjamin and Vera Boydstun. She married Robert Abraham Shaw in the early 1930’s, raised her kids and was a lifelong resident of California.
Nadine was a loving wife, sister, aunt, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will forever be remembered for her legendary apple pies, weekend biscuits and eggs, her love of camping, fishing, reading, sewing, collecting dolls, and watercolor paintings.
Nadine is survived by her Son, Carl Shaw, grandchildren Tim Shaw and Troy Mura, and 4 wonderful great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Gaubatz, parents, and 3 siblings.
Nadine was loved by all and will be missed.
