Annie Joe Phillips

She was preceded in death by her husband, Benoy Phillips; parents; six sisters; and one brother. Annie enjoyed cooking, sewing and quilting.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jovonna Wood “Jo” (Bud) and Keith Phillips; grandchildren, Kevin Wood, Charlie Wood (Sharron) and Shawna Stockdale (Jerry); brother, James Ensley; great-grandchildren, Briana Wood, Makayla Wood, Kira Wood, Braedon Wood, Erica Smith, Hunter Smith, Selene Gellan, and Gabby Gellan; and four great great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, VA 23231. Interment will be private.
