GLENN, Audrey Manuel, 93, of Henrico, went to be with the Lord Friday, January 17, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Glenn Jr.; sisters, Mabel and Virginia; brothers, Everett, George, Monk, and Slim. Audrey is survived by her son, Arthur "Skeeter" Glenn; grandson, Bryant Glenn (Rebecca); great-grandchildren, Chad, Kayla, and Parker, whom she cherished; along with several nieces and nephews. Audrey retired from the Virginia State Department of Taxation and enjoyed spending her time gardening, or as she would say" digging in the dirt." The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday January 21, 2014 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a chapel service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday January 22, 2014. Interment Riverview Cemetery.
