She was preceded in death by her husband, James Burnette Bernard, Jr. “Jim”; parents, Henry and Shivel Bagby; and her son, Billy Wilson. She is survived by her children, Nicole Stephanie Traud Cross and Glenna Michelle Young; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her sister, Beverly Cayton.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 27, 2022 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 South Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, Virginia 23231. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 4, 2022 at 1 p.m. in Washington Memorial Park, 6217 Memorial Drive, Sandston, Virginia 23150.
