DANIEL, Bertha Mae, 83, of Richmond, loving mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 8, 2014. She was preceded in death by her son, Paul A. Daniel. Bertha is survived by her children, Ronnie L. Daniel, Lisa D. Washington (Charles); and three grandchildren, Brandon, Austin and Chaz, who loved their “Nana” so very much; sister, Myrtle Neathery; brother, John Brandon; and a host of cousins and friends. The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave. Richmond, Va 23231, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 14, 2014. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
