Bruce Edward Barton 79, of Quinton passed away January 20, 2017. He was a mechanic “fixer” for Philip Morris, and served in the United States Navy. Bruce loved woodworking, fishing, and playing with his grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gladys Aldridge and Raymond Barton; siblings, Lenny Barton, Mary Anne Charles (Billie), and Cindy B. Barton. Bruce is survived by his wife, Beverley Ann Barton; children, Christopher Barton, Nancy Johnson, and Dennis Doustou (Christine); grandchildren, Stephanie Tuck, Tyler Doustou, Kayla Doustou, Tiffanie Tuck, and Kaci Doustou; and great grandchild, Sophia “SoSo” Fortune. The family will receive friends Monday, January 23, 2017 at Nelsen Funeral Home Laburnum from 2-4pm and 6-8pm.
