PHILLIPS, Carol Fouts, 73, of Sandston, passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2017, after a brief illness. She is survived by her husband, Donald “Mutt” Phillips; two sons, Steve Radford and Jeff Radford (Alma); two grandchildren, Jami Radford and John Thomas “T.J.” Radford; her sister, Melody Wilson (Ralph); brother, Mike Fouts; and sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Kenny Terrell. It was Carol’s request to not have a viewing or memorial service. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, September 19, at 1 p.m., at Washington Memorial Park, 6217 Memorial Dr, Sandston, Va. 23150. The family requests casual dress.
