Dawne Daniel Jones

She was the daughter of Emmitt and Annie Mae Daniel born in Baltimore, MD. Dawne moved to Montrose in 1949 and remained in the Varina and New Kent areas.

Dawne is survived by her husband, Buddy Jones. She was the love of his life for 65 short years. Dawne is also survived by her daughter, Barb Pitts and husband, Bryan; her granddaughter, Brittany Pitts Simpson and husband, Jerry and grandson, Ethan D Pitts and wife, Alura. She was preceded in death by her brother, Louis Ellis Daniel.

Dawne loved her dogs, especially those little hounds with big brown eyes and ears of velvet– their latest rescue, Missy, a beautiful little Beagle is proof of that passion.
