Earl Lewis Mantlo “Bubba” 86, of Sandston, passed peacefully on March 25, 2014. He was preceded in death by his son, Earl. Mr. Mantlo was a 57 year member of Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 10 and a member of Oak Hall Baptist Church. Bubba loved fishing. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Jane Mantlo; sons, Mike, Jeff, Eddie, and Willie; grandchildren, Michael, Danielle, Maria, Jeffrey, Joseph, Johnathen, Gabriella, Mark, Matthew, and Paiton; two great grandchildren; sister, Audrey and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 30, 2014 from 12:00-8:00 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, VA 23231, where a funeral service will be conducted on Monday, March 31, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park.
