Elmo Raymond Mann, Jr., 73, of Sandston, stepped into eternity on Friday, November 10, 2017. He was a member of Victory Tabernacle Church of God and retired from Alcoa. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Betty Hall Mann; children, Chris Mann, Elmo Jason Mann, Aaron Mann (Tamara) and April Mann Digirolamo; grandchildren, Travis, Chloe and Samuel; and sister, Connie Pace (R.A.). The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 12, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, at Victory Tabernacle Church of God, 11700 Genito Rd., Midlothian, Va. 23112. Interment will be held at 3 p.m. in Washington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Victory Tabernacle Church of God.
