She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman M. Ladd; parents, Frederick and Frances Trollinger; brothers, Fred Trollinger and Guy Trollinger; and a sister, Kaye Welch.
She is survived by her son, Kenny Ladd (Sallie McGee); daughters, Cindy Ladd (Ronnie), Patti Augsburger (Brian), Tracey Ladd (Jim Williams), Holly Fleek (Shawn); 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 2 great –great grandchildren; and a sister, Marcia Sluder.
Frances was a nurse at the Crippled Childrens Hospital of Richmond.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m., Wednesday, April 19 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m., Thursday, April 20 at Washington Memorial Park.
