I just had to add one more note here. A few minutes ago, I started going through the photos and ohhhh, they are SO wonderful.  I was grinning and then choked up and then grinning again.  The timeline was wonderful and what a wonderful tribute to Frank and to his family.  Madeline, you probably don't remember me, but you and Frank and Carter Hall and I sat at the same table at a number of the old Vepco dances.  You were terrific and I can see as time went on, you continued to be that way.  Yes indeed, Frank was a lucky man....and everyone was just as lucky to have Frank.  He sure will be missed.  Three cheers to the person that put this album together -- fabulous, just fabulous.

I am so sorry to hear of Frank's passing as I, too, just like the rest of the old "Vepco" crew, knew him from W.Broad, to E.Richmond.  Oh yes, indeed, Frank was one of a kind and I can still hear him talking about his "mental mind". That actually became a catch phrase, a Chiott-ism for sure. There he'd be with that serious, not-me look, and just waiting to embarrass a person to death. He was funny as the devil. Did I say devil? Ah well....go in peace, Frank. It's for certain you will never be forgotten.
My prayers and warm thoughts to Madeline, his kids, grandkids, his friends, and all who knew and appreciated him for the fun, good, man he was.

Your advice will forever live with me.  "Know the Lord's Prayer", "Don't follow too close", "Clean your room", "Dress your baby-dolls", "Drive Fifty Five!!!!!!", "Check your oil","Call Granny", "Lock your doors" and "Take care of your mother".  

From watching you shave on a Saturday morning, to Tuesday night steaks from the freezer, to being "forced" to throw football/baseball/basketball with you and Jeff, I am flooded with memories that make me smile.  Thank you for passing on your love of dogs to me.

RIP Frank.

What a character. So many good memories, I don't know where to start. I can say you enriched my life and for that I am grateful.  I will never forget you and you will be missed.

Thinking about many hilarious times enjoyed with Frank in the East Richmond Office. I still don't know what a "Little Willie Sutton Kit" is but like a lot of a Frank's jokes you just didn't ask for fear of receiving the "RCA Dog" look.  I'll ask you about it later Frank.

Frank will be missed by all who knew him. Family and friends are in my thoughts and prayers.

Frank. I am going to miss you. You were a hard person to get to open up and talk to. But as soon as I figured out what you liked to talk about, it was like opening the flood gates. I'm especially going to miss our talks. You were a wealth of information. I think that was the best of times.

"The pacific stugecorn of my prolific and sperry mental mind has no purpose". When I see Frank again I'm hoping he can enlighten me as to what this meant. Until then, there was only one Frank Chiott. He played the game his way.

Many fond memories and good times at Vepco and the ball field.. I will miss you.
