Glenn Harold Stamey

STAMEY, Glenn Harold (also known as Mr. Williford because he owned and operated Williford's Servicenter for 22 years), 66, of Rockville, Va., went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 6, 2015. Mr. Stamey attended the Meadowood Church of God. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Ronnie, David and Charles Stamey. He is survived by his wife, Rosemary Nyhammer Stamey; son, Christopher H. Stamey and fiancee, Janis McDonnell; daughter, Carol Ann Schirmer and husband, David; stepdaughters, Dawn R. Moss and Star Richardson and husband, Bill; sister, Kathy Stamey and husband, Miller; brother, Norman Stamey; sisters-in-law, Melissa E. Nyhammer and Teresa Parnell; stepgrandchildren, Jessy and Jett Bullion. The family will receive friends Friday, May 8, 2015, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a service will be held Saturday, May 9, 2015, at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to VCU Massey Cancer Center, P.O.
