Harold T. “Plucky” Reynolds, 91, of Sandston, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 30, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Nannie Reynolds; brothers, Garland, Bill and Phil Reynolds; and sisters, Edith Throckmorton and Bettie Snellings. Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 70 years, Jean K. Reynolds; sons, Mark T. (Linda), Stephen K., and John E. (Michelle) Reynolds; grandchildren, Brandi Kiser, Ward Bruce, Eric, Erica and Stacey Reynolds; and four great-grandchildren. Plucky served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a life-long member of 68 years at Carlisle Avenue Baptist Church, where he was a member of the Saints Alive Choir, served as a Deacon, Trustee, and a Sunday school teacher. The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 2, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. on Friday. Entombment will follow in Washington Memorial Park.
