WAGNER, Joyce Martin, 78, of Richmond, passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2013. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Leonard (Butch) Wagner; daughters, Wanda Lee Cosley (J.T.), Teresa Gail Armato (Tony), and Cynthia Ellen Grant (Kenny); grandsons, Ian Lee Cosley and Eric Leonard Cosley (Melinda); step-grandchildren, Kenneth Ryan Grant and Brittany Lynn Grant; sister-in-law, Frances Martin; nine nieces and nephews; six great-nieces and nephews; and three great-great nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, December 15, 2013 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue Richmond, Va 23231, where a funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 16. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park.
