Madeline W. Peterson

PETERSON, Madeline W., 89, of Richmond, Va., passed away Friday, October 12, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Thomas Peterson Sr.; and her parents, Monroe and Lena Tate Williams. She is survived by her children, Patricia Hutchinson (Jackie), Shelia Brown and Alfred Thomas Peterson Jr. (Marilyn); her grandchildren, Roy Edward Slaughter IV (Brandy), Jennifer Mae Peterson, Alfred Thomas Peterson III, Thomas Justin Hutchinson (Bridget), George Robert Brown, IV (Kristi) and Brandon David Brown (Ashley); and 12 great-grandchildren. Madeline retired from Philip Morris in 1986. Visitation for family and friends will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, October 17, at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231.
