Otis Wilber Breeden

Otis Wilber Breeden, 84, of Henrico County went to be with Jesus on Wednesday, October 14, 2020. He was born on December 21, 1935 in Richmond, VA to Frank Thomas and Nellie Gertrude Ripley Breeden. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Russell. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Frances M. Breeden, his three children, Richard (Ricky) Wayne Breeden, Robin Elaine Breeden both of Lebanon, TN., and Steven Lynn Breeden and his wife Elisa of Silver Springs, MD. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He served in the U. S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He owned and operated his own upholstery shop. He loved his many fur babies, cooking, the Redskins, classic cars and working in his yard. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Greater Richmond Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
