

He began his career with Stackhouse, Inc. as a helper and rose to the rank of Vice President. He was a member, deacon, and trustee of Antioch Baptist Church in Sandston, VA where he served for 54 years. Milton was an inductee in 2009 into the East Coast Drag Times Hall of Fame for his accomplishments as a drag racer in the 1950s-1960s. He also was a collector of 1st generation Camaros where he received numerous awards in car shows across the country. His cars were featured in magazines and books throughout the years, and he was an active member in the Camaro Legends Club. Milton also had a passion for flying. The Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration awarded him in 2018 with their prestigious "Master Pilot Award." He was a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association and The Commanche Society for aviators.
Milton was preceded in death by his parents, Percy Wilson Bullard and Louise Loller Bullard; and brothers, William Daniel Bullard and Robert Kenneth Bullard.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Chauncey Bullard; daughter, Deanna Cosner (William); grandchildren, Elizabeth Mederos (Braian), Faith Bush (Petie), and Adam Cosner; great-grandchildren, Carolina Mederos, Leo Mederos, and Claire Bush; brother, Ernest Bullard (Diane); very special nieces and nephews, and a number of extended family members.
The family will receive friends Friday, February 13, 2026, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, VA 23231.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 11 a.m. at Antioch Baptist Church, 3868 Antioch Church Rd., Sandston, VA 23150.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Antioch Baptist Church.
