Patricia L. Riggs, 74, of Sandston, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, Aubrey Watts and Janice Seay; son, Roy Riggs III; and daughter, Carol Riggs, and is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Roy Riggs; sons, Shawn Riggs (Sandy) and Jamie Riggs; daughters, Amanda Riggs (Bri) and Dana Riggs (Matt Massey); grandchildren, Scott Riggs, Kelsey Alvis, Haley Riggs, Mason Riggs, Ambri Riggs; great-granddaughter, Kazelynn Alvis; brothers, Woody Watts, Robert Watts and Billy Watts; and a large circle of extended family and friends. She enjoyed her yearly vacations going to Cape Hatteras spending time with her family. The family will receive friends Monday, December 8 from 2 – 4pm and 6 – 8pm at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231. A graveside service will be held 11 am, Tuesday, December 9 at Riverview Cemetery.
