She was preceded in death by her husband, James Lee Lowe and her son, James L. Lowe, Jr.
She is survived by her daughters, Sharon (Roger), Vickie; sons, Ronnie, Steve (Amanda) and Richard; 14 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
The family will receive family and friends on June 3rd at 11:00 a.m. at Washington Memorial Park, 6217 Memorial Drive, Sandston, VA 23150.
