Ralph Rudolph Archer Jr.

On October 26, 2015, our family lost our beloved Ralph R. Archer, Jr. at the age of 94. He was a native of Indianapolis, IN where he spent most of his life and raised his family. Ralph was a decorated WWII veteran, who served in the U.S. Army. He was an engineer with Turner trucking, a business owner, and past president of the Indiana Ceramic Association. He was preceded in death by his wife, Connie “Curly” Archer of 71 years. Their life together was nothing short of a never ending love story, and they are now forever together. He will be remembered by all who met him for his most gracious and charming personality, great sense of humor, love of family and, of course, his heartwarming smiles. His positive influence on us all is and will always be cherished. May God rest his Soul. He is survived by a brother, Norris Archer of Indianapolis, IN a daughter, Connie Brown of Indianapolis, IN and two sons, Michael Archer of Chesterfield, VA and Chris Archer of Bluffton, SC, 9 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
