Robert A. Duckworth, 68, of Sandy Level passed away Monday, January 18, 2016. Robert served in the Navy, enjoyed wood crafting, watching wrestling on t.v. and fishing. He is preceded in death by his parents, Alta C. and Allen B. Duckworth. He is survived by his sister, Kaye Duckworth French and husband Mike French, nephew, David French, an aunt and uncle and many cousins. The family will receive friends Sunday, January 24, 2016 from 2-6p at Nelsen Funeral Home Laburnum. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 25, 2016 at 11am in the Chapel of Nelsen Funeral Home Laburnum. Interment will follow at Signal Hill Cemetery.
