MADISON, Robert Earl Sr., 75, of Varina, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2015. Robert was a 50+ year member of the Masons at Varina Lodge 272, and a longtime member of ACCA Temple Greeters Unit. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Carl L. Madison, Sr. Robert is survived by his son, Robert Earl Madison Jr.; daughter, Sandra Madison Cooley and husband, Brian; and their mother, Julia L. Madison; grandchildren, Chrystal R. Lethco, Justin B. Madison, Brian Nicholas Cooley; great grandchildren, Emmett L. Lethco, and Lily Monroe; sister, Irene Christian; brothers, William L. Madison Jr. and John W. Madison. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 16, from 2-4 & 6-8pm. Funeral services will be on Friday, April 17, at 2:00pm. All services will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave. Richmond. Interment will follow at Washington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, make memorial donations to the Richmond SPCA, 2519 Hermitage Rd. Richmond, VA 23220.
