He was preceded in death by his loving devoted wife of 59 years, Myrtle B Rhoades., whom he has missed beyond words since her passing two months ago, October 13, 2022.
Robert is survived by a daughter, Dawn Rhoades Tiemann; a son, Robert F. Rhoades, Jr. and his wife , Page Dyer; his grandchildren, Chesney R. Allgood (JP), Ariana K. Tiemann (Marcus) and Alan Jamison; and cherished great granddaughter, Karina Tiemann (aka Pauley, Jr.). He was also survived by his siblings, Marion Pierce, Shirley Jenkins (Ken) and Janice Doto (Jay); and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Robert was also predeceased by his parents, Cecil and Matylda Rhoades and a sister, JoAnne Magee.
A graveside service will be held at Washington Memorial Park on Friday, December 23, 2022 at 1:00 pm.
