Sandra “Sandy” W. Fogle, 49 years young, of Henrico, passed away on January 11, 2016. She was a selfless, caring, and giving individual who was loved dearly by anyone that knew her. She was a loving and devoted wife, and was a proud cat lady and animal lover. Sandy was preceded in death by her father, Wilbur West; Aunt Jewel; and nephew, Kenneth West. She is survived by her beloved husband Mike Fogle; mother, Mary Wilson; brother, Willie West (Angel); nieces Anna, Katie, and Tiffany; cherished cats, Rudy, Batman, and Tippy; her godsons, who she loved as her own, Kenny Wayne and Rahquan Pryor; her dearest friend and sister Demetrise Thomas; and her BFF Rebecca Barnes. Visitation will be held Thursday January 14, 2016 from 2-4 pm at Nelsen Funeral home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave. A memorial service will follow at 4 pm.
