Starr Killmon Neill, 59, of Richmond, formerly of Snow Hill, MD, went to heaven on Tuesday, July 16, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Audrey and Joe Killmon. She is survived by her husband of 20 years, George Neill; son, Todd Webb; daughter, Heather Webb; beloved cousins and other family and friends. Starr was the VP of Operations for Networking Technologies and Support, and a member of Meadowood Church of God. Starr was devoted to her family and her church; especially with the church nursery, loving each baby as if they were her own. The family will receive friends at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 18 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue Richmond, Va 23231, where a funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel. Interment will be in the First Baptist Church Cemetery in Pocomoke City, MD on Saturday, July 20 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Richmond Friends of the Homeless, 4600 Jay Dee Dr., Moseley, Va. 23120 or to Meadowood Church of God, 325 Azalea Ave., Richmond, Va. 23227.
