NUCKOLS, Thomas Brooks, Jr., 61, of Sandston, passed away on September 2, 2014. He is preceded in death by his parents, Brooks and Helen Nuckols. Mr. Nuckols was the owner of Noel Systems, Inc. He is survived by the mother of his children, Janet Bagley Nuckols; children, Kristi N. Bell, Michael B. Nuckols, Scott T. Nuckols; grandchildren, Max, Brady, and Aubrey; siblings, Laurie Corley, Cathy Hayes, Joe Nuckols, Ricky Nuckols; and mother-in-law, Ruby Wilson. A Memorial Service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave. Richmond, VA 23231. Visitation will take place one hour prior to service.
