

Tim was a proud member of the first graduating class of Mills Godwin High School. He went on to serve his country honorably in the United States Marine Corps from 1984 to 1988. Following his military service, Tim pursued higher education and earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1992.
Tim dedicated his professional life to the well and wastewater industry, where he built a respected career as a sales representative. He was known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and the relationships he built throughout his career. Outside of work, Tim had a deep passion for hunting and enjoyed spending time outdoors.
Tim was also a strong advocate for all military personnel and remained committed to supporting veterans throughout his life. He was a proud supporter of Disabled American Veterans (DAV), reflecting his deep respect and care for those who served.
He is survived by his loving parents, Troy and Molly Elmore; his devoted wife, Tammy Elmore; his children, Danny Fields and his wife, Courtney Fields, and Tiffany Long and her husband, Matt Long; his cherished grandchildren, Savannah Fields, Katlyn Fields, Chase Long, Blake Long, and Cheyenne Long; and his great-grandchild, Wesley Babka. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
In accordance with Tim’s wishes, he will be cremated. A celebration of life will be held at a later date, with details to be announced.
