BIVINS, William D. Jr. “Boots”, 85, of Richmond, VA passed away Tuesday May 31, 2016. He is survived by his sister, Pauline Moore and his brother, John Bivins (Nadine) and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Nettie Bivins; and twin sisters, Mary Vaughan and Betty Hanback. A memorial service will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home Laburnum on Monday June 6, 2016 at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
