Barbara Jean Eslinger

Barbara Jean Shippey Eslinger, age 85, of Clarkston and Rochester Hills, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022. Barbara was born October 13, 1936 in Rochester Hills, Michigan. She attended Rochester High School before going on to work at Molmec Inc., Red Knapp's Dairy Barn in Rochester, National Twist Drill, and Knapp's Bar and Grill.

Barbara is survived by her son Thomas Chapman and her daughter Christina Darling; her grandson Brian Chapman (Brandy) and great grandchildren Blake, Brook and Brad; her grandson Shane Darling and great grandchild Lyle Darling; her granddaughter Malissa Darling and great grandchildren John Jr., Pete and Colt; and her granddaughter Jaclyn Darling.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Larry Eslinger and her sons Edward Bolar and James Bolar.

A visitation for Barbara will be held Monday, January 17 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Tuesday, January 18, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Dr., Rochester, Michigan 48307. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 18th.
