Frank was born to Suey and Fay Gin Yee, on July 11, 1934, in Detroit Michigan. While being stationed in Japan, he met the love of his life, Kaoru Yee (nee Eto), and they married on January 17th, 1957. Frank attended Wayne State University, where he obtained his Masters Degree in Computer Science. Frank and Kaoru went on to have four children,
Nadine, Eileen, Kyle, and Amy.
Frank is survived by his daughters; Nadine (Jeff) Grabowski, Amy Yee, and Eileen Yee, grandchildren; Scott Yee and Waverly Ferguson, siblings; Victor (Marcy), Tony, Bill (Suki), and Betty, and long time friend Seiko Yee.
Frank is preceded in death by his wife Kaoru Yee, son Kyle Yee, parents Suey and Fay Gin Yee,siblings; Mary (Fred), Hugh (Tina), and sister-in-law, Barbara.
