Dear father of Joshua (Stephanie) Martens and Sara Grace Martens. Son of Gunter and the late Anna Maria Martens. Brother of Elke Andrus and her husband, Bill Andrus, John’s kayak buddy. Brother-in-law of David (the late Bobbie) Pelland, Greg (Joni) Pelland, Tracy (Shannon) Pelland and Judy (Stan) Perry. Uncle of Elizabeth Sloas, Donna Bundy, Michael Gula, Jillian Perry, Chelsea Perry and Catie Pelland. At John’s request there will be no public services or visitation.
