Julia "Julie" Dewey Chadwick Zboril

ZBORIL, Julia (Julie) Dewey Chadwick, age 77, recent resident of Orlando, Florida, and longtime resident of Rochester Hills, Michigan, died November 2, 2017. Julie was born on December 18, 1939 in Detroit and raised in Grosse Pointe. She was a graduate of the Grosse Pointe Academy, attended Western Michigan University and later graduated from Oakland University. For several years, Julie worked for AXA Advisors. She was active in the Rochester School District, serving on the Board of Education, as well as the PTA. She enjoyed politics, history, reading, swimming and spending time with her family. Julie is survived by her children, Jim (Tracy) Zboril of Winter Park, FL, Lynn Whitney of Waynesboro, VA, and Jeff (Christine) Zboril of Royal Oak, MI; grandchildren Jack, Jacob, Noah, Kate & Joshua. She is also survived by her former husband, Dr. James G. Zboril. She was preceded in death by her parents Francis and Constance (Matthews) Chadwick, and sister, Constance. A memorial service will be held locally in the Spring of 2018.
