RENDECKER, June Marie, age 94, of Rochester Hills, passed away March 21, 2017. She was born to the late Carl and Libby Herbold on June 18, 1922 in Cleveland, Ohio. June graduated from Adams High School, Cleveland, OH. Later, she married the love of her life, Edward Otto Rendecker on January 2, 1943.
Mother of Ellen (Mark) Smith and Donna (Roger) Smith; Grandmother of Eric, Edward (Elizabeth) and Andrea (Matthew) Moede; and great-grandmother of Stefan Kulak, Haley Smith, Mia Moede, Jameson Smith and Jeremy Moede.
June was an accomplished pianist and seamstress who also loved to cook, garden and participate in golf leagues. She was devoted to her husband and family and traveled extensively worldwide with the Nomads Travel Club n Detroit.
She was a charter member and chairperson of several Crittenton Hospital Axillary positions Her other community service included organizing church couples' clubs, Meadowbrook Woman's Club, YWCA, PTA, and Girl Scout leader.
