Kelly was born the daughter of Thomas and Lois Fetzer in Toledo, Ohio on August 24, 1968. She completed school and worked as a day care assistant for some years.
Kelly loved to swim. She learned to swim when she was one year old and went on to win gold metals in swimming in the Special Olympics. Kelly was the light in everyone’s life who were lucky to have met her.
Kelly is survived by her father Thomas Fetzer; siblings Kevin (Nancy) Fetzer and Karyn (Jaime) Montalvo; nieces Gracelyn Fetzer and Gabriela Montalvo; and nephew Garrett Fetzer; aunts Susan West and Randi (Jeff) Menten, and uncle Paul Parkin. Kelly is predeceased by her mother Lois Fetzer.
The family welcomes everyone to a visitation for Kelly on Saturday December 4, 2021 from 4 to 8 p.m. with a sharing of memories service at 6 p.m. at Pixley Funeral Home, located at 322 W. University Drive in downtown Rochester, Michigan.
