DEAVEY, Kenneth John, 89, of Rochester Hills, passed peacefully December 31, 2015. Born March 3, 1926 in Sandwich, Canada. Son of the late Clifford Deavey and Nellie (nee Woods) Lindner; married 67 years to Juanita Joyce (nee Miley) Deavey; father of Teresa (Victor) Ticconi, Jan (Charles) Reich, Michelle (Don) Hicks and Michael (Kimberly) Deavey; grandfather of Scott, Joshua, Jacob, Hannah, Reid, Brittany, Micah, Jeremy and Sean; great-grandfather of Lauren, Allison, Karson, Gavin, Matthew, Brayden, Greyer. He was an avid softball player and golfer into his 80’s. Kenneth worked for Deica Corporation and retired from Ford Motor Company. All because two people fell in love.
