
TILLARD, Leo G., age 84, of Oxford, passed away August 27, 2014. Along with his wife, they owned and operated Mobil service stations in Troy, Birmingham and Rochester Hills for over 30 years. He was the former Auxiliary Chief of Police for the City of Birmingham and a former member of the Knights of Columbus as well as being an avid outdoorsman. Husband of the late M. Carmen Tillard. Dear father of Catherine Marcelo, Leonard (Susan) Tillard, Michael (Susan) Tillard, and Linda (James) Henry. Also surviving him are his eight grandchildren and his eight great-grandchildren. One of thirteen children, he is survived by his sisters Joyce Charbeneau (Leo) Borowicz, Patricia (Joseph) Guarino and Jacqueline (the late George) Allen. Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. Saturday at PIXLEY FUNERAL HOME, 322 W. University Drive in downtown Rochester. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
