She was the beloved mother of Lisa and Bruce and grandmother of Madison and Connor.
She is survived by her two brothers Robert and William André.
Margaret was a teacher and gave her all to her students. She enjoyed tutoring students 1-on-1 the most.
She also enjoyed her time at the Cittenton ER, especially the fast-paced adrenaline rush and the camaraderie with her coworkers.
She was a humanitarian and generous to a fault. She convinced her husband to loan one of her co-workers some money; they never expected to be paid back, but their generosity was repaid over time!
Margaret was sometimes referred to as Cricket, and she loved animals. She loved the family's pets, including fish, turtles, snakes, rabbits and seven poodles, the longest of which lived to 19-1/2 years.
Margaret was a strong woman of great faith who battled an auto-immune disorder and far exceeded her predicted life expectancy by 20 years.
Margaret's greatest joy was spending time with friends, family, and most of all her grandchildren.
A funeral instate for Margaret will be held Friday, April 5, 2024 at 10:00 AM at St Mary of the Hills Catholic Church, 2675 John R Rd, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48307, followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 AM.
