Paul,I am truly going to miss our long talks/debates. You always had a way of making me think outside the box. Thanks for your friendship.

I worked with Paul for 12 years.  He was a kind man.  My condolences to his family and my Ren Cen Family.

To Paul's Family my husband and I have worked with Paul over 20 years.  We worked the midnight shift together for several years and had many long talks on the quiet nights. Midnights use to have picnics at 7 in the morning we played volleyball and basketball, good food and fun times.  My kids use to come play as well my daughter went on to play for U of M Dearborn and Paul followed her years there in volleyball.  He also gave my son his wrestling magazines and Brian loved those he always asked how Brian was doing since he was born Down Syndrome and the two of them were into wrestling big time.  Just wanted to let the family know he will be missed and hopefully he is playing volleyball in heaven now with no aches, pains, or complications.   With Love and Prayers...Sue and Dwight Thomas

I want to say thank you Paul to 7 years of friendship at work.  I enjoyed our conversations and my kids enjoyed the toys that you sometimes sent home for them.  You will be greatly missed.

I have worked with Paul for over 8 years during that time we had become good friends. also my daughter will miss him (she met Paul several times when I took her downtown for lunch at the Ren. cen and a Tigers game, Paul's vast sports knowledge enhanced the experience). As my friends and coworkers know I could go on So to sum it up we will miss you Paul and to your family you are in my prayers

Chappy the ultimate fan of sports, music, movies, TV and pop culture. I will miss the conversations and your opinions, and you always had an opinion. You shared your joy in these areas. Not many appreciated the "Arnold" comic and I love how you cut out all those strips, preserved them in a binder for others to enjoy. I will feel your spirit with us when I take my daughter to the batting cages in the spring. May the Perpetual Light Shine Upon You. You were a friend and a union brother.

i work with paul down at the renaissance center for over 20 plus years we became brothers he will allways have a place in my heart . may god bless u gary nelson renaissance center security.

I will always have a special place in my heart for Paul.  We had so much fun playing together when we were very young.  Paul was always kind to everyone.  I am sure he will be very missed by all who loved and knew him.  Although, I have not seen him for years since the family moved away from our childhood homes on Cheshire in Detroit, I will miss him in  my heart.  I have very fond memories.  May God grant the peace that can only come from him to the Chapman family.
