Roswell was born the son of Rolando and Lualhati (Ignacio) Luarca on Selfridge Air National Guard Base in Harrison Township, Michigan on April 16, 1972. Roswell graduated from Chippewa Valley High School, class of 1990. Roswell earned his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from General Motors Institute (GMI). He married Kristy Barton on October 26, 2012 and they raised their family in Rochester Hills. Roswell had a successful career as a project manager in the automotive industry.
Roswell loved his family. He enjoyed skiing at Boyne Mountain, bowling, pool, video games, and watching football.
Roswell is survived by his wife Kristy Luarca; son Aaron Luarca; step-son Aiden Lotan and step-daughter Ariell Barton; parents Rolando and Lualhati Luarca; grandchildren Gabriel Duenez and Isabella Lotan; siblings Rolando (Meg) Luarca and Heather (Jeff) Murtfeldt; nieces Vivan Luarca, Audrey Murtfeldt, and Emily Murtfeldt; and nephews Owen Luarca and Adam Murtfeldt.
Visitation will be on Saturday October 26, 2024 from 10am until the time of the Funeral Service at noon at Pixley Funeral Home, located at 322 West University Drive in downtown Rochester, Michigan.
There will be a celebration of Roswell's life at the American Legion Hall at 234 Walnut Bvld, Rochester, Michigan 48307, immediately following the service at Pixley.
