Stephen Edward Connolly

Steve was born the son of Bill and Eileen (Kelly) Connolly on April 6, 1972, on Staton Island, New York.

Steve graduated from Rochester Adams High School, class of 1990. Steve was diagnosed with schizophrenia when he was 21 years old. He was generous, polite, peaceful, never arguing and would do anything asked. Steve was an avid sports fan and movie buff, remembering the most obscure actors and lines. He was excellent at Wheel of Fortune.

Steve was survived by his parents; siblings Bryan Connolly, Tom Connolly; and Veronica (Patrick) Scholle; brother-in-law Chris Seledotis; nieces Erica and Jessica; and nephews Ian and Noah. Steve was predeceased by his sister Lisa Seledotis.

The funeral mass will be held Wednesday September 17, 2025, at 11am (10:30 instate) at St. Andrew Catholic Church, located at 1400 Inglewood Ave in Rochester, Michigan.

Memorial contributions may be made in Steve’s honor to St. Andrew Catholic Church by envelope at the church.
