Predeceased by her husband, James W. Jacobs; son, Thomas P. Jacobs; parents, Anna and Francis Hayden; brother, Donald Hayden; sisters, Ann O’Brien, Margaret Pallotta, and Helen Sullivan.
Survived by her sons: Michael (Connie) and Richard (Janice) Jacobs; grandchildren: Mark Jacobs, Michele (Scott) Gabree, Emily (Chad) Richardson, and Adam (Kellie) Jacobs; sister, G. Carol Bishop; sister-in-law, Shirley Hayden Pinaire; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am, on Friday, May 21st, at the Parish of the Holy Family, 4100 Lyell Rd. Interment to follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery.
