He is survived by his loving mother, Laurilyn Hynd; sister, Meggin (Robert) Hernick; nieces and nephew, Olivia, Mitchell and Camryn and extended family and friends.
Todd was a proud member of UA Local 13 Plumbers and Pipefitters.
A celebration of Todd’s life will be held on October 8, 2018 from 5:00-8:00 pm at Alvah Halloran and Son Funeral Home 2125 Chili Ave., Rochester, NY.
