

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister.
She was born September 29, 1919 to the late Joseph and Louisa Carbaugh born in Youngstown, Ohio. She grew up in Petersburgh, Ohio and graduated from Springfield Township High School. Her late husband Paul Wesley Young passed in 1992 after 53 years of marriage. They retired to Hendersonville, Tennessee and then Port Charlotte, Florida. Mary was a skilled seamstress, had a hairdresser shop, drove special needs bus driver and beautification for Beaver Valley Nursing. While in Tennessee, she worked at the Opryland Hotel. She was a volunteer at the Charlotte County Cultural Center and Fawcett Memorial Hospital being named volunteer of the month and year. Anna Mary was active in many Masonic organizations. She was past Worthy Matron of OES Wenonah Chapter #124, past Mother Advisor Rainbow for Girls, past President of Social Order of Beauceant, and White Shrine. Before moving to the Masonic Village, she was a member of the First Christian Church and Sunday school in Port Charlotte, Florida.
She is survived by her daughters, Margie Childers Wilson Venice Florida, Pauline Morgan (Thomas) Beaver Falls Pennsylvania, and Mary Newman (Leonard) of Medford, New Jersey. She has one surviving sister, Cherry Fort of Tucson, Arizona, and five grandchildren, six greatgrandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul W. Young, her son William Paul (Billy), and 5 sisters.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held February 20, 2016 at 2pm at the Masonic Village located at 1000 Masonic Drive, Sewickley, Pennsylvania 15143 in the Star Point Assembly Room by Rev. Dr. Timothy Reichard. Private interment will take place at Beaver Falls Cemetery and Memorial Park, Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania.
