

Beverly Glover, 81, a lifelong resident of Beaver Falls, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 18, 2018 while under the compassionate care of Good Samaritan Hospice. She was born January 7, 1937 in Beaver Falls, daughter of the late Burton Frank and Rebecca (Anderson) Jackson. During her years of employment she was a Private Duty Domestic Engineer.
Beverly was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a fantastic cook who liked nothing more than preparing delicious meals for her family. As a young woman she was blessed to share the stage with her dad singing at the Barn Theater and the historic Granada Theater in Beaver Falls. As years advanced, Beverly was quite content at home watching her favorite TV Show Gunsmoke.
She was a woman of faith and member of Wayman Chapel AME Church, New Brighton, where she enjoyed singing in the choir. Beverly later joined the Lifeway Christian Church, New Brighton.
In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by her husband: Joel Williams (1978); her husband: Leon Glover (2001); son: Michael Williams; two brothers: Burton Frank “Sam” Jackson and Roderick “Roddy” Jackson; two sisters and a brother-in-law: Frances and Ben Walker; Patricia “Patty” Jackson.
Beverly is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law: Bruce Williams, Rochester; Jeffrey (Christine) Williams, Rochester; two daughters and a son-in-law: Jill (Harry) Bellamy, Monaca; Jan Johnson, Beaver Falls; stepchildren: Leon “Buddy” Glover, Jr., Darryl Glover, Gwen Glover, and Donna “Bonnie” Glover, all of Lancaster, PA; three brothers: Charles “Tony” Jackson, Beaver Falls; Frederick “Chinky” Jackson, Beaver Falls; Phillip Jackson and his wife Deb, Philadelphia; two sisters: Barbara (Dave) Hill and Margaret (Jonathan) Cypress, all of Inglewood, CA; two sisters-in-law: Mirinda Jackson, Accokeek, MD; Karen Ruth Jackson, New Brighton; eleven grandchildren: Brandon, Myriah, Alexis, Jordan and Blaine Williams; Jeffrey Stevens; Jonathan Davis; Bill Davis; Christopher and Alysia Williams and Antoine Childs; 12 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family; loving and devoted lifetime friends: Rosetta Slappy and Donna Evans.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 23, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester (GPS 848 Sunflower Road, adjacent to Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum). Her home going service will begin at 1 p.m. in the funeral home and conclude with committal prayers in the mausoleum with Pastor Eugene Williams, officiating.
