Carol K Miller

Carol K. Miller, age 75, of New Brighton, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2023. Carol was born May 2, 1947, in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Ruth (McFarland) Krut. She was a member of New Sewickley Presbyterian Church, as well as a member of her card club, playing 500 with friends for over 50 years. Carol worked in daycare at the Gingerbread House, in Beaver Falls, until her retirement in 2004. She also was a proud New Brighton Band parent for many years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lysle F. Miller Jr. in (2021); and a brother; Dennis Krut.

She is survived by two daughters; Jodi Miller and Jill (Robert) Wahl, one son; Paul (Taryn) Miller; five grandchildren; Kaitlyn (Brett) Kennelly, Ethan Miller, Rob Wahl, Emma and Rebekah Wahl; and two great granddaughters; Camryn Miller and Bristol Kennelly. Carol was also greatly anticipating the arrival of her first great grandson in June. Also surviving is a brother; Ronald (Peggy) Krut, a sister in law; Carole Miller of Arden, NC, as well as her faithful furry companion "Mason".

Friends will be received on Friday, March 24, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester (adjacent to the Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum). Additional visitation will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at New Sewickley Presbyterian Church from 10am until the time of funeral services at 11am. Interment will follow at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
